Armin Lausterer

Owner | Armin Lausterer Engineering Office for Process Optimization GmbH

  • Short biography

As a safety engineer and certified expert for machine safety and occupational health and safety (DIN EN ISI/IEC 17024), I stand for tailor-made automation concepts and stable manufacturing processes. This has been my core focus for 30 years. After studying microsystems engineering, I spent more than 15 years managing highly complex production facilities with up to 800 employees at Siemens AG, Infineon, and Osram Opto Semiconductors. In 2011, I moved to a medium-sized automotive supplier of plastic parts with several locations worldwide as Head of Quality. Since 2013, I have been supporting medium-sized companies in the areas of automation and process optimization.

In the fight against the shortage of skilled workers, cobots will play a crucial role in the coming years, especially in smaller companies. We want to give visitors to COBOT4YOU 2024 a solid, practical insight into how medium-sized companies can best get started in this field.
